Full-Stack Developer (WordPress, Automation & AI)

Summary About the Role We are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Developer to join our growing team. This role requires a blend of strong coding expertise, WordPress development skills, and hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, as well as an understanding of AI integration. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and automating digital solutions that enhance user experiences, streamline workflows, and support innovative business initiatives. Key Responsibilities WordPress Development Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Create wordpress plugins. Optimize website performance, security, and responsiveness. Implement SEO best practices and ensure clean, scalable code. Coding & Technical Development Write, debug, and maintain clean code in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python (preferred). Integrate third-party APIs and manage database connections. Troubleshoot technical issues and deploy fixes efficiently. Automation & Integrations Build and maintain workflow automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms. Connect web applications, CRMs, and marketing tools into seamless ecosystems. Document and optimize automation processes for scalability. AI Implementation Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, chatbots, generative AI) Explore and test emerging AI technologies to enhance products and workflows. Collaborate with team to develop innovative AI-powered features. Qualifications 3+ years of professional development experience. Proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, custom post types). Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Experience with Zapier (or similar workflow automation tools). Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
