Full Stack Developer for Image Processing

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to enhance our image processing capabilities. The role involves implementing image segmentation and background matching algorithms to improve image quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong understanding of image processing techniques. This is not a UI redesign, rebuild, or general development job. You will work with the existing codebase. The application must remain local on Windows, with no cloud photo uploads. Your Responsibilities Review the existing Flask processing code (server.py) Improve or replace the current AI segmentation approach Make sure the main subject is retained while unwanted objectsbackground are removed Improve edges and fine details Replace mean-RGB matching with a more intelligent approach using signals such as Keep Manual background selection working Keep the existing API contract where possible Maintain local WindowsCPU compatibility Test the current vs. improved implementation and provide beforeafter results Must have Hands-on experience with AI image segmentationbackground removal Strong Python, Javascript, Pillow, and Flask Experience with models such as U2-Net, rembg, BiRefNet, SAM, or similar Experience with image matchingretrieval Ability to work inside an existing application Good written English and regular progress updates
