Full-Stack Developer for Online Tutoring Marketplace MVP

I am looking for a full-stack developer to build Phase 1 of an online tutoring platform MVP. The goal is to create a clean, professional, responsive foundation that can later be expanded with booking, payments, reviews, background-check integration, and additional features. Phase 1 should include: Professional responsive homepage Find-a-Tutor page Search/filter tutors by subject, grade/level, price, and other basic criteria Individual tutor profile pages Parent/student account signup and login Tutor signup/application and login Tutor profile creation/editing Basic parent/student dashboard Basic tutor dashboard Database setup for users and tutor profiles Basic admin functionality to review/approve tutor profiles Preferred technology: Next.js/React + Supabase, although I am open to recommendations if you can explain why another approach would be better and remain inexpensive to operate. Important: This is a lean Phase 1 MVP with a fixed budget of $350. Stripe Connect/payments, advanced scheduling, automated background checks, AI features, and other advanced functionality are planned for later phases and are not required in this contract. The completed source code must be delivered to my GitHub repository, and all accounts/services used for the project must be created under or transferred to my ownership. Please do not use proprietary code, themes, or services that would prevent another developer from maintaining the project later.
