Full-Stack Developer for custom search Engine Web & Mobile App with Monetization API

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Web & Mobile Developer to build a custom, social-impact search engine platform (Web Application, Mobile Apps, and Browser Extensions) with search ad monetization and user impact tracking (similar in concept to Ecosia). CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: We are looking for a long-term technical partner. Beyond the initial MVP release, we will require ongoing maintenance, feature updates, bug fixes, and long-term technical support through a retained agreement. -------------------------------------------------- Key Technical Requirements: 1. Search API & Regional Localization (Non-Google): • Integrate a reliable non-Google search API (e.g., Microsoft Bing Search API, Brave Search API, or similar alternative). • Configure localization parameters specifically for the UAE/Gulf region (Country Code: AE, supporting both Arabic and English queries). • Deliver a fast, clean, and responsive Search Results Page (SERP). 2. Monetization & Ad Syndication: • Set up search advertising syndication (e.g., Microsoft/Bing Ads API) or affiliate integration to generate revenue per search query and click. 3. Multi-Platform & Default Integration (Desktop & Mobile): • Web App & Desktop Extensions: Develop a web app and browser extensions (Chrome, Edge, Safari) allowing desktop users to easily set it as their Default Search Engine and New Tab page. • Mobile Applications (iOS & Android): Build lightweight custom browser apps (or WebViews with native extension support) allowing mobile users to set the app as their Default Browser on iOS and Android devices. 4. Impact Counter & Transparency Dashboard: • Implement a real-time user-facing counter displaying search activity and overall impact metrics. • Build a lightweight user session/local storage tracking system for individual user search stats. • Develop an Admin Dashboard where we can update impact statistics, financial transparency logs, and monthly reports. 5.
