Red Sky Health - Full Stack Developer Full Job Description Red Sky Health was formed by healthcare and technology startup veterans with a mission to ensure that healthcare providers are properly paid for their services. The first step in our mission is to make sure that health insurance claims denials are rapidly and comprehensively resubmitted and paid. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build innovative AI-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled developer with experience in both front-end and back-end development, comfortable working across the entire software stack. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in a cloud-first environment. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Design and implement APIs and microservices to support application functionality. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage structured and unstructured data efficiently. Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of applications. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, including databases, APIs, and UI components. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development. Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to improve deployment cycles and software reliability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in Typescript, Python, C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET for back-end development. Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and Typescript. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Possess proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, and Storage. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote and agile environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Knowledge of AI/ML integration in web applications. Understanding of Serverless computing and microservices architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Experience working with healthcare or fintech applications. Microsoft certifications in Azure or .NET development are a plus.
