Full Stack Developer

Live product, launching soon. We need a senior dev to revamp the UI, fix performance, optimize AI costs, and get us App Store + web ready for our first users. We want someone creative and opinionated! Not just executing tasks but helping to shape the product. We intend for there to be clear communication on every decision. We expect to do it in a phased approach; after each phase we intend to incorporate user feedback. Priorities Both timing and sequencing is open - we want your input on the right order. Phase 1: Core functions, rock solid User onboarding + initial data collection Checklist, Budget, and Inbox working perfectly. Fix broken flows. Some features aren't fully wired up (e.g. differentiated user roles continue to give the same experience). Audit what's working, what's half-built, and what's broken. Optimize AI usage and spend from day 1 TestFlight via Capacitor. App Store + web, same experience Phase 2: Explore tab Fix generation in the Explore tab. Target: under 1 second, accurate photos, Reels/Hinge style swiping. Build a recommendation algorithm driven by what the user tells us and what they do - dwell time on certain venues, saves, data collection via chat or voice bot AI chatbot improvement - improve conversational flow Phase 3: UI overhaul every tab. We have built an MVP but parts may need to be reworked. Every screen needs to feel premium and warm, not spreadsheet-like! Ongoing: AI cost optimization. Ensure we have the most efficient but cost effective model. We're model-agnostic (aware of OpenRouter). No migrating on a hunch. Other priorities: consider AWS migration, full framework rewrite, Android.
