About the Role This role is designed for individuals who enjoy ownership, continuous learning, and building technology that creates measurable business impact. You will work directly with the Founder, Technology Lead, and the core technology team to design, build, maintain, and scale multiple production applications. This is not a traditional support or maintenance role. You will be expected to contribute across the complete product lifecycle from understanding business requirements to delivering production-ready features. Key Responsibilities Product Development •⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. •⁠ ⁠Build new features from business requirements. •⁠ ⁠Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend components. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain backend APIs and business logic. •⁠ ⁠Integrate frontend applications with backend services. •⁠ ⁠Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Engineering Excellence •⁠ ⁠Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. •⁠ ⁠Debug and resolve production issues. •⁠ ⁠Improve application performance and reliability. •⁠ ⁠Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment processes. •⁠ ⁠Maintain coding standards and engineering best practices. Product Ownership •⁠ ⁠Translate business ideas into technical solutions. •⁠ ⁠Take ownership of assigned features from planning through deployment. •⁠ ⁠Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions. •⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration •⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Founder on product strategy and execution. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Technology Lead on architecture and implementation. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate effectively with designers, stakeholders, and future engineering team members. Technology Stack Frontend React Next.js TypeScript Tailwind CSS Backend Node.js NestJS / Express.js REST APIs PostgreSQL Infrastructure AWS GitHub Docker (Preferred) Required Skills We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong technical fundamentals and a genuine interest in product development. You should have: •⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. •⁠ ⁠Experience building frontend applications. •⁠ ⁠Understanding of API integration and backend development. •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows. •⁠ ⁠Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills. •⁠ ⁠Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and documentation skills. •⁠ ⁠A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
