Team builds web-based SaaS software solutions for pharmaceutical clients Products are enterprise-level applications used within the life sciences industry They're looking for an individual contributor, hands-on development role Must Haves: Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development Experience in one or more programming languages ( JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++) Experience with AI-based coding tools ( Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advanced Prompt Engineering, and GraphRAG Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (or be willing to learn) Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems Intellectual curiosity, discipline, and attention for structure and details Interest in life sciences / healthcare Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience How to apply 1.
