Full Stack Support Developer (Night Shift)

The Full Stack Support Developer will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks, ranging from development to bug resolution: ● Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features and enhancements across the entire stack (front-end, back-end, and database). ● Production Support and Triage: Act as the primary point of contact for live production issues, diagnosing the root cause of complex bugs and performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end code. ● Bug Diagnosis and Resolution: Swiftly isolate, reproduce, and resolve defects reported by monitoring systems or users, ensuring minimal downtime and impact. ● Code Quality and Review: Participate actively in code reviews, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and system architecture integrity. ● System Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to proactively identify and address potential system issues. ● Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams to prioritize support efforts, plan remediation strategies, and deploy stable solutions.
