Full-Stack Visual Developer (WeWeb + Xano) – Figma Import & API Integrations (Finix, QuickBooks)

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Visual Developer to help us build and launch the application layer for VenyPay, a B2B payment orchestration platform. Our UI/UX designs are 95%+ complete in Figma (Merchant Portal, Customer Portal, KYC Onboarding, and Settings). We need an expert to import these designs into WeWeb, construct the front-end logic, and connect them to a Xano backend that handles user authentication, payment webhooks via Finix, and automated ledger syncing with QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0. NDA required prior to sharing full design files and developer sandbox access. Scope of Work & Deliverables: Frontend Development (WeWeb): Import UI assets and components directly from Figma into WeWeb using standard flexbox layouts and responsive styling. Bind dynamic UI elements (data tables, status indicators, merchant profiles, transaction logs) to Xano endpoints. Build role-based access control (RBAC) and client-side page guards for Merchant vs. Customer portals. Backend Architecture & APIs (Xano): Structure database schemas for Users, Merchants, Transactions, and Ledger Sync Logs. Set up secure OAuth 2.0 authentication flows so merchants can link their QuickBooks Online accounts. Build webhook listeners in Xano to catch payment settlement events from Finix. Design API logic to execute automatic ledger reconciliation (pushing payment updates directly to QuickBooks). Testing & Handoff: Validate payment workflows and ledger updates strictly using Finix Sandbox and QuickBooks Developer Sandbox environments. Provide step-by-step documentation and a video walk-through of the backend function stacks and WeWeb bindings upon handoff. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills: Proven WeWeb + Xano Stack Experience: Demonstrated portfolio building full-stack SaaS platforms using WeWeb for frontend and Xano for database/API management. API & OAuth Experience: Hands-on experience building OAuth 2.0 authentication routines and processing JSON payloads with 3rd-party RESTful APIs (QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar financial platforms). Fintech / Webhook Knowledge: Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (Finix, Stripe, Plaid) and handling secure webhooks, data encryption, and environment variables. Figma-to-NoCode Translation: Ability to clean up Figma frames and accurately map UI designs to web standards (CSS Flexbox, Auto Layout, responsive breakpoints).
