Full-Time AI Creative Designer for E-Commerce Ads

We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer to join our team and create high-quality advertising creatives for e-commerce brands. This is not a one-off project. We are looking for people who can work with us long-term, 6 days per week, consistently producing creatives based on our briefs, references, and existing winning concepts. What You’ll Be Doing You will mainly create: Facebook & Instagram ad creatives Static image ads AI-generated product/lifestyle images Collage creatives Product-focused creatives Native/social-media-style ads Variations of existing winning concepts Creative iterations based on references we provide A big part of the job is being able to look at a reference creative, understand exactly why it works, and replicate the same concept for another product or brand without unnecessarily changing the idea. We are NOT looking for someone who constantly tries to reinvent everything. If we give you a reference, we expect you to: Follow the structure Follow the concept Understand the visual hierarchy Match the overall style Adapt it properly to the new brand/product Keep important details consistent Make multiple variations without destroying the original concept AI Skills Are Important You should be comfortable working with modern AI creative tools. Experience with tools such as: ChatGPT / Claude Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro AI image generation/editing tools AI product photography AI model/lifestyle generation Canva / Photoshop or similar design tools Experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Veo or similar is a big plus, but not mandatory for every candidate. You should understand how to write good prompts and, more importantly, how to iterate until the AI output actually looks realistic and usable in advertising. We do not want someone who simply generates an image once and uses whatever AI gives them. Sometimes we will tell you exactly what we want. We need someone who can execute that direction instead of adding random elements, changing the offer, changing the concept, or making unnecessary creative decisions. At the same time, you should have enough design experience to know how to make the final creative look professional. Initiation / Trial Period Every candidate we are interested in will go through a 3–4 day initiation test period. During these days, we will give you real types of tasks that you would normally receive while working with us. The purpose is for both sides to see: How well you follow instructions How accurately you replicate references Your creative quality Your AI skills Your speed Your communication How you handle feedback Whether our workflow is a good fit for both of us If everything goes well, we will continue into a long-term full-time position.
