Full Time Ecommerce Bookkeeper

We run an ecommerce companies across multiple countries and companies and require someone who is very talented in tax laws within the UAE, Australia, HK and USA. We operate two stores and need a highly organised finance professional who can keep our numbers accurate, current, and easy to understand every single day. This is an ongoing long term role for someone with strong experience in e commerce bookkeeping, Xero, reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and inventory or stock reporting. We are looking for someone reliable, detail focused, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast moving online retail business. What you will be responsible for Daily bookkeeping in Xero Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, and store transactions Daily profit and loss reporting Daily trade reporting across both stores Tracking sales, refunds, fees, shipping costs, duties, and other operating expenses Monitoring cash flow and reporting on financial position Inventory and stock movement reporting Cost of goods tracking and margin reporting Payroll processing and payroll accuracy Accounts payable and accounts receivable support Reviewing data for errors, unusual movements, missing transactions, or reporting inconsistencies Preparing clean daily and weekly finance summaries for management Supporting month end processes and helping maintain accurate records year round What we need from you Strong hands on experience with Xero Proven bookkeeping experience for e commerce businesses Strong understanding of profit and loss reporting, trade reporting, reconciliations, and payroll Experience working with inventory or stock reporting Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay on top of daily deadlines Strong written English and clear communication Comfortable handling large volumes of transactional data Able to identify issues early and report clearly Nice to have Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Experience with payment gateways, international sales, shipping costs, and multi store reporting Experience building simple finance dashboards or clear daily management reports Experience in consumer products, retail, or direct to consumer brands Hours and role structure This is a full time role for one person only at 40 hours per week.
