We are not lenders or brokers that sell loans we work as consultants to get as much of the cheapest capital possible. The role At first, you’ll start as an assistant to a CSM & depending on your experience and how fast you learn within weeks or months. The CSM owns the client from the moment they sign to the moment they're funded. You run the process live with the client, keep them moving, and make sure they hit their funding goal. This is a hands-on delivery role, not passive account management. You'll be on Zoom with clients regularly, working inside their credit and lender profiles alongside them. What you'll do Onboard every new client after they sign: set expectations, gather documents, set up accounts and monitoring. Run live funding calls: prequalify clients across lenders (personal loans, 0% cards, business lines) and submit applications with them on-screen. Sequence the funding strategy per client so approvals stack correctly and nothing gets blocked. Manage each client relationship start to finish: proactive check-ins, clear next steps, fast follow-up. Track every client's progress toward their funding target and keep the pipeline current in our CRM and sheets. Coach clients on keeping their profile clean (utilization, staying current) so results hold. Coordinate with closers and onboarding so handoffs are smooth and nothing falls through. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail. Accuracy on financial data matters and small mistakes cost deals. Comfortable leading live client Zoom calls and screen-sharing with confidence. Organized and dependable follow-through. You own outcomes and don't need chasing. Clear, professional communication, written and verbal. Comfortable handling sensitive client financial information with discretion. Proficient with CRMs and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, GoHighLevel or similar). Nice to have Background in credit, lending, personal finance, mortgage, or funding. Experience in a client success, fulfillment, or account management role. Familiarity with credit optimization or loan/underwriting processes. Success in this role Your clients get funded, stay informed, and finish the program happy.
