Full-Time Inbound Call Woman Triager (Online Quran Academy)

**Compensation:** $4/hour + performance-based commission We are a growing online Quran Academy looking for a full\-time Inbound Call Triager to become the first point of contact for prospective students and parents\. This is an inbound\-only role. You will answer incoming calls, qualify leads, explain our programs, and guide families through the enrollment process\. ### Schedule - Full\-time \(8 hours/day\) - Long\-term opportunity ### Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls from prospective students and parents\. - Build rapport and provide a warm, professional experience\. - Qualify leads by asking the right questions\. - Explain our Quran programs and enrollment process\. - Book qualified prospects or hand them off according to our process\. - Update CRM notes after each call\. ### Requirements - Native\-level spoken English with a clear US, UK, or Canadian accent\. - Strong communication and active listening skills\. - Comfortable discussing Quran education and communicating respectfully with Muslim families\. Familiarity with Islam is important for this role\. - We are currently seeking a female representative because the role involves working closely with mothers and female prospective students\. - Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet workspace\. - Previous experience in customer support, admissions, appointment setting, or inbound call handling is preferred\. ### Compensation - $4/hour - Performance\-based commission \(details discussed during the interview\) - Long\-term growth opportunity ### To Apply Please include: 1.
