Full-Time Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative – Real Estate Investment Company- $5-25/hour

Job Overview: We are a small but high-performing real estate team seeking one motivated full-time sales representative/virtual assistant to join us. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, self-motivated and eager to grow within the company. We already have 2 VAs and are looking to add a third to our quick growing company! Position Highlights: • Fully remote role with high earning potential. • Immediate lead access post-onboarding and training. • Comprehensive support with PPC and website-generated leads. Responsibilities: • Close a minimum of $100,000USD+ in revenue within the first year. • Sign a minimum of 2 deals per month. • Handle incoming leads promptly, including nights and weekends as needed. • Conduct prospecting within our database (outbound lead generation) • Set and achieve daily performance metrics. • Utilize and adapt quickly to real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies. • Maintain a high level of self-motivation and results-driven focus. • Assistance with administrative/miscellaneous tasks and bookkeeping. Requirements: • Experience in wholesale sales or real estate is preferred. • Ability to learn and effectively use new CRM systems. • Dedicated home office setup and availability for a minimum of 8 hours daily phone work but willingness to be available/on call 24/7. • Strong goal orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: • You will receive a base pay of $3-5/hour + commission. You will get 7.5% commission on closed deals, after a $2,000 pack fee. Our 2 current virtual assistants are on track to earn $35,000 and $60,000 USD (not including base pay) this year. The more you make yourself available to answer calls (even outside the 8 hour working window) the more potential you have to earn!
