Full-Time Web Developer for SaaS Platform — Long-Term ReyBill Team Role

We are building ReyBill, a SaaS business management platform with a custom customer portal, admin portal, billing system, automated provisioning, and ERP infrastructure. The core platform is already built and working. We are now looking for a long-term full-time web developer who will become part of the ReyBill team and help us maintain, improve, and continuously develop the SaaS platform. This is not a short freelance project. We are looking for someone who wants to work with us long term on a monthly salary and gradually become one of the main technical owners of the ReyBill SaaS platform. Current ReyBill Architecture The existing platform includes: Customer SaaS Portal Admin Portal User authentication Company/workspace management Stripe subscriptions and billing Supabase n8n automations Automated ERP workspace provisioning Docker/Linux infrastructure Customer subdomains Subscription lifecycle management Workspace suspension/reactivation Notifications and transactional emails Monitoring Backup/restore infrastructure Integration with Frappe/ERPNext The platform is already operational, so you will not be starting from zero. You will receive: Existing source code Technical documentation Architecture documentation Git repositories Development environment information Support from the developer who originally built the SaaS Collaboration with a dedicated Frappe/ERPNext specialist Your Role Your main responsibility will be the ReyBill SaaS / web platform. You will work on areas such as: Customer Portal development Admin Portal development SaaS backend development UI/UX improvements New customer-facing features Internal admin tools Stripe billing improvements Supabase development API integrations n8n integration Provisioning workflows Workspace lifecycle Plan and feature management User management Notifications Logging and diagnostics Performance improvements Security improvements Bug fixing Refactoring existing code Documentation Testing and production deployments You will also help us ensure that the SaaS side integrates cleanly with our Frappe/ERPNext infrastructure. Team Structure You will not work alone. ReyBill will have: You — Full-Time ReyBill Web Developer Responsible for the SaaS platform and web development. External SaaS/Infrastructure Developer The developer who originally built much of the current system will remain available as an external contractor for support, infrastructure, n8n, provisioning, and existing system knowledge. Dedicated Frappe/ERPNext Developer Responsible for: ReyBill Frappe image reybill_core ERPNext/Frappe customizations Custom Frappe apps Manufacturing apps Distribution apps Future industry-specific solutions You will work closely with both developers when necessary. Future Development ReyBill is planned as a long-term SaaS platform. Future development may include: Marketplace / App Manager App installation and version management Automated upgrade system Industry-specific solutions Manufacturing integrations Customer dashboards Analytics API integrations AI features Academy integration Partner integrations Mobile/API development Additional SaaS automation We are looking for someone who can grow with the company. Required Skills Strong experience with: Modern web development JavaScript / TypeScript Frontend frameworks Backend/API development REST APIs SQL/PostgreSQL Git/GitHub Linux basics Docker basics SaaS development Authentication/authorization Production debugging Experience with some of the following is strongly preferred: Supabase Stripe API n8n Docker Linux servers SaaS billing Multi-tenant SaaS Frappe/ERPNext integrations DevOps CI/CD You do not need to be an expert Frappe developer. We already have a dedicated specialist for advanced Frappe/ERPNext development. However, you should be comfortable understanding APIs and integrations between the ReyBill SaaS platform and Frappe/ERPNext.
