Full-stack Developer (backend focus) to architect & build transaction dashboard

We need to architect and build (full-stack) a dashboard for handling loyalty-scheme employee benefit transactions, i.e. points awarded to users at regular and irregular intervals. There needs to be an API between the dashboard backend and the publicly-accessible platform marketplace (using Sharetribe) where employees can view, manage and redeem their loyalty points they have earned through their employer benefits. We have an initial working dashboard MVP but require scalable architecture for a launch-ready platform. Due to the timing of our start-up grant funding agreement, this project is an immediate start. Overview: - Multiple organizational accounts with one or more admin users per organization - an organization is a company who signs up to use the dashboard platform. - We also require "super-user" account access to assign organization and admin user invitations and access. - Dashboard UI consists of typical content with organization, employee and transaction views, settings, visualisation graphs, etc. - One critical architectural aspect is the API that allows logged in employees on the marketplace to view and redeem their loyalty points. Redeemed loyalty points used in the form of a discount applied to transactions on the Sharetribe marketplace would subsequently update their points balance in the platform DB. These redeemed transactions would be visible to admin users in the dashboard. - All organizations would be gated so that admins can only view, edit and manage points balances for their own employees and nobody outside of that organization.
