Full stack ai automation developer required

We are looking for an experience Automation Developer to build an AI-powered lead generation and appointment booking system called Leadsvora. The system will automatically call business leads using AI, understand their business needs, qualify them, and book appointments if they are interested. The entire process should run automatically and keep Google Sheets updated with the latest lead information. ## How the System Works Business leads will be stored in a Google Sheet with the following details: Company Name, Business Email, Phone Number, Company Information, Lead Status n8n will monitor the Google Sheet for new leads. Whenever a new lead is added, n8n will send the lead information to Retell AI. Retell AI will make an outbound phone call using a Twilio phone number. During the call, the AI voice agent will introduce our business, speak with the business owner or representative, understand their challenges, qualify the lead, answer basic questions, and book an appointment if they are interested. After the call, the workflow should automatically update the Google Sheet with: Call Status, Conversation Summary, Interested or Not Interested, Appointment Date and Time, Meeting Link (if available), AI Notes, Next Follow-up Status The workflow should also include proper error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and should be built so it can scale as the number of leads grows. ## Responsibilities Design and build the complete n8n workflow. Connect Google Sheets with n8n. Integrate Retell AI for AI outbound calling. Configure Twilio for phone calls. Use OpenAI models to power the AI conversations. Build appointment booking automation. Automatically update lead information after every call. Write Python scripts if any custom processing is required. Create workflows that are easy to maintain and reuse.
