Full-Time Multi-Channel Marketer Focus: Facebook, Instagram & Email Marketing / Klaviyo About the Role We are looking for a full-time Multi-Channel Marketer to help grow our online course business through paid social, email marketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell digital education products, build trust with audiences, and turn interest into enrollment through thoughtful marketing. The primary focus will be managing and improving campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Klaviyo, while also supporting broader multi-channel marketing efforts. You will work across the full customer journey: attracting new leads, nurturing them with email, converting them into course buyers, and helping increase repeat purchases and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities Paid Social Marketing * Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. * Build campaigns for lead generation, webinar registrations, course launches, evergreen funnels, and direct course sales. * Develop audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmentation strategies. * Collaborate on ad creative, copy, hooks, offers, and landing page messaging. * Monitor performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue. * Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages. * Provide regular reporting with clear insights and recommendations. Email Marketing & Klaviyo * Build and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo. * Create automated flows for welcome sequences, lead nurturing, abandoned cart, post-purchase, course launch campaigns, re-engagement, and upsell/cross-sell sequences. * Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, interests, and funnel stage. * Write or collaborate on email copy that is clear, persuasive, and aligned with the brand voice. * Improve email performance through testing subject lines, content, send times, CTAs, and segmentation. * Track email metrics including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, unsubscribe rate, and list growth. Online Course Marketing * Support marketing campaigns for live launches, evergreen courses, bundles, memberships, and seasonal promotions. * Understand customer motivations, objections, and buying triggers for online learning. * Help develop offers, funnels, lead magnets, webinars, challenges, and promotional campaigns. * Work closely with content, design, and course teams to turn course material into compelling marketing assets. * Identify opportunities to increase conversion, retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value. Analytics & Optimization * Track campaign performance across paid social, email, landing pages, and checkout funnels. * Use data to identify what is working, what is not, and where to improve. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. * Help maintain clean tracking, UTMs, pixels, and attribution practices. * Recommend improvements to funnels, messaging, creative, and audience segmentation. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing. * Hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. * Strong experience with Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting. * Experience marketing online courses, digital products, coaching programs, memberships, or educational products strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, email automation, and conversion optimization. * Comfortable reading marketing data and turning insights into action. * Strong copywriting instincts, especially for ads, emails, landing pages, and promotional campaigns. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once. * Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with creative, content, and leadership teams. Nice to Have * Experience with webinar funnels, evergreen funnels, or course launch campaigns. * Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, WordPress, LearnDash, or similar. * Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar analytics tools. * Basic design or creative direction skills for ad concepts and landing page layouts. * Experience marketing to audiences interested in personal development, wellness, education, spirituality, psychology, leadership, or professional training. What Success Looks Like In this role, success means building marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase course sales, improve email revenue, and create a smoother customer journey from first touch to purchase. You will be expected to bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The right person will not only manage campaigns, but also look for ways to improve messaging, targeting, conversion, and long-term customer value. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is part performance marketer, part email strategist, and part customer journey thinker. You understand that online courses are not sold only through ads or only through email — they are sold through trust, timing, clear messaging, and a well-designed funnel. You are comfortable testing, learning, and improving. You can look at campaign data and know what to do next. You care about both revenue and brand integrity, and you know how to market educational products in a way that feels clear, compelling, and respectful.
