Who are we? RGPD Start is a LegalTech startup based in Bordeaux, France, reinventing GDPR and AI Act compliance. Our model combines a dedicated outsourced DPO with a SaaS platform that automates the most time-consuming compliance tasks. Our SaaS is already in production and used daily by clients of every size : startups, mid-sized companies, public sector organisations and large enterprises. We're growing fast and our outlook is strong: the compliance market (GDPR + AI Act) is booming, and our product sits right at the heart of it. Now is the right time to join us. We're at a turning point where the product needs to scale, and you'll have a real say in architecture decisions and the technical future of the software. The product Our SaaS is a 360° compliance management tool, built around two workspaces: - An Admin workspace for our in-house legal team: all data centralised in one place, business features that abstract away time-consuming tasks, delivery tooling, reporting, admin configuration, tenant management, and more. - A multi-tenant Client workspace: each organisation gets its own space with role management. Clients find their assignments, documents to upload, centralised registers, workflows, forms to complete and share with their teams, reporting, and more. Your mission - Evolve the architecture to support exponential growth (scalability, performance, multi-tenancy) - Design and build increasingly complex features to meet demanding business requirements - Strengthen the quality and robustness of the codebase - Take part in structural technical decisions — you'll contribute directly to the product's technical vision Tech stack - Next.js - Node.js - React - Tailwind CSS - Prisma - PostgreSQL - Scalingo (infrastructure) - Auth0 Who we're looking for - Solid experience, including SaaS projects you've previously taken to production - A real feel for scalable architecture: you know how to design for growth, not just make things work - Independent, thorough and product-minded: you understand the business stakes behind the features Terms - Schedule: 3 days per week - Compensation: €2,500/month at the start - Duration: long-term engagement with genuine room to develop an increasing fee, more days per week, and the opportunity to take on a central role in the tech team as we scale Why join us? 1.
