Funnel OS AI Systems Specialist — ChatGPT, Codex & Workflow Automation I’m building Funnel OS — an AI-assisted operating system that takes a business idea, concern, opportunity, or problem and moves it through a structured marketing process. A previous developer already completed much of the foundation. I am not looking for someone to start over. I need someone who can understand what exists, continue the build, and help turn Funnel OS from a partially built GPT into a working system of reusable skills and workflows. The Vision Eventually, I want to be able to enter something as simple as: “I have an Etsy product idea.” And have Funnel OS help move through the appropriate process: * Market and customer research * Competitor / Dream 100 analysis * Customer language and demand * Positioning * Attractive Character * Offer development * Value ladder * Funnel strategy * Traffic opportunities * Content opportunities * Follow-up * Testing and optimization The system is influenced heavily by DotCom Secrets, Traffic Secrets, and Expert Secrets, but the goal is to turn those processes into our own reusable AI workflows — not simply store the books inside a GPT. First Milestone You will receive: * Existing Funnel OS documentation * Previous contractor work * Current architecture * Organized source materials * Current priorities * A clearly defined next build objective Your job is to: * Understand what already works * Preserve the useful foundation * Complete the assigned next stage * Correct obvious conflicts or outdated assumptions related to that milestone * Document what you changed * Give me clear instructions for using what you built I want working functionality, not a long theoretical audit. Who I’m Open To You do not need years of Upwork history. I am open to experienced freelancers, strong intermediates, and talented newer freelancers who can prove they understand: * ChatGPT / Custom GPTs * Codex or comparable AI agents * Prompt engineering * AI skills and reusable workflows * Instructions vs. knowledge * Plugins / connectors / APIs * Workflow orchestration * Automation I care about how you think, communicate, respond, and work with direction as much as how quickly you finish. What Comes Next This is deliberately a small first milestone. Once the underlying skills and architecture are correct, the next stages should become much easier because we can connect those skills into repeatable end-to-end workflows. For example, Funnel OS should eventually be able to research an Etsy opportunity using approved/public data sources, identify customer and competitor signals, develop the appropriate strategy, and route the work through the correct funnel-building process. Strong execution may lead directly to additional paid milestones involving: * Funnel OS completion * Athletic Prosper * Market / competitor intelligence * AI marketing systems * Content and YouTube workflows * Funnel operations * Automation * Ongoing maintenance and management I intend to break larger work into clear increments, so the right person can earn additional responsibility rather than being handed an unclear giant project. Compensation $75 fixed for the first milestone. Exceptional work may receive a discretionary bonus.
