Fusion 360 Parametric Master Model Request

Create a fully parametric Autodesk Fusion 360 model for multiple drawings. This model will become part of our long-term engineering library, so it must be built for future editing and resizing, not simply recreated as a static model. Required Deliverables: 1. Fusion 360 (.f3d) file - Fully editable. - Complete design history (timeline) must be preserved. - Do not remove or combine the timeline. - Do not deliver an imported "dumb solid." 2. STEP (.step or .stp) file - Exported directly from the Fusion model for compatibility with other CAD software. 3. Parametric Design - The model must be fully driven by dimensions and user parameters where appropriate. - All sketches must be fully constrained. - Avoid hard-coded dimensions whenever possible. - The model should be designed so future size changes require only modifying parameters or sketch dimensions—not rebuilding the part. 4. Sheet Metal (when applicable) - Build using Fusion 360's Sheet Metal environment. - Material thickness must remain an editable parameter. - Use appropriate Sheet Metal Rules. - Flat Pattern must regenerate correctly after dimensional changes. 5. Flat Pattern DXF - Generate the DXF directly from the Fusion model. - The DXF should not be manually drawn. 6. 2D Drawing - Include a fully dimensioned Fusion drawing (.f2d or PDF) suitable for manufacturing. 7. File Delivery - Deliver all files in a single ZIP archive. - Include the following files: *** .f3d (Fusion 360 Master Model) *** .step/.stp (Neutral CAD file) *** .dxf (Flat Pattern) *** .pdf (Dimensioned Manufacturing Drawing) - Please use a consistent file naming convention (example: PartName-6in.f3d, PartName-6in.dxf, etc.). This is not a one-time CAD conversion. The objective is to create a reusable, production-ready Fusion 360 master model that supports efficient future revisions, size variations, and regeneration of manufacturing drawings and flat-pattern DXF files. If any dimensions on the supplied drawing are unclear or missing, please contact me before making assumptions. IMPORTANT: The Fusion 360 (.f3d) file is the primary deliverable and will be considered the master engineering file. The DXF, STEP, and PDF files must all be generated from this model. If there is any discrepancy between the files, the Fusion model shall govern. The purpose of this project is to create a reusable parametric master model that can be efficiently modified to produce future size variations and manufacturing drawings.
