Summary

I need a print-ready 3D model of a 3-piece FIXED tape-measure floor-clamp kit. No pivot. No electronics. Patent pending U.S. 64/147,797. THE KIT Clamp A 90.00° joins the 3-part tape to the 4-part tape Clamp B 36.87° joins the 4-part tape to the 5-part tape Clamp C 53.13° joins the 5-part tape to the 3-part tape Build ONE parametric model. Only the included channel angle changes between A/B/C. WHAT EACH CLAMP DOES Two 1.25 in wide Stanley FatMax blades lie FLAT in open thru-channels. The body is an L on the OUTSIDE of the crossing. The INSIDE corner stays OPEN so a pencil can mark the inside edge of each blade. Each arm has a hinged lid and a purchased over-center cam latch. Model a pocket for a commercial draw latch — do not invent a custom cam. Soft pads in the channel match the blade crown. The 12 in hook stays OUTSIDE the clamp. Same parts work left-hand or right-hand (rotate on the slab; do not model mirrored bodies). CRITICAL Channel width 1.28–1.32 in Channel length 3.0–3.5 in per arm Angles 90.00° / 36.87° / 53.13° Target height under ~1.25 in plus lid Fillets OK for MJF/SLS nylon PA12 DO NOT No pivot or detent No V-notch through the blades Do not model the tapes or the FatMax case Do not close the inside corner of the L DELIVERABLES 1. Fusion 360 or SolidWorks source (parametric angle preferred) 2. STEP of each assembly A, B, C 3. STLs: base A/B/C, lid A, lid B 4. One-page dimensioned PDF 5. Short BOM (print vs buy: latch, 1/8 in pin, pad strip) ACCEPTANCE Files open, angles measure 90.00 / 36.87 / 53.13, channels 1.25 in class, inside corner open, STLs watertight for nylon. I own the CAD. Portfolio use only after I confirm a print.
