GEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist

We are a fast-growing DTC wellness brand focused on menopause and perimenopause support for women 40+. As more people search through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Reddit, we want Gleefull to become a credible, frequently cited brand in the menopause/women’s wellness space. The Role You’ll own our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), supporting SEO, and Reddit/community visibility. Your goal is to increase how often Gleefull appears in AI answers and relevant search results. Key Responsibilities -Audit Gleefull’s visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews -Build and maintain a target query/prompt matrix around menopause, symptoms, ingredients, and competitor searches -Optimize website content for AI citation: FAQs, schema, internal linking, source-rich content, entity signals, etc. -Build third-party authority through relevant publications, directories, reviews, YouTube, and other sources -Track AI visibility/share of voice using tools such as Profound, Peec, Otterly, or manual testing -Support keyword research, content briefs, on-page SEO, and Shopify SEO -Develop an authentic Reddit presence and contribute to relevant menopause/women’s health communities -Monitor brand mentions and report on AI visibility, rankings, Reddit growth, and branded search lift Requirements -2+ years of SEO experience with recent hands-on GEO/AI search experience -Proven examples of getting brands cited in AI answers -Experience with at least one AI visibility/GEO tracking tool -Active Reddit user who understands community culture and how to avoid spam -Shopify SEO/content experience -Strong health/wellness writing judgment and understanding of FTC/FDA supplement compliance -Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously Nice to have: -Women's health/supplements experience, digital PR/link building, GA4, Search Console, or Looker Studio. 90-Day Goals Month 1: GEO audit + query matrix Month 2: First GEO optimizations live + 3+ third-party citation opportunities in motion Month 3: Us appearing in AI answers for at least 5 priority queries + established Reddit presence with compliant brand touchpoints Compensation $1,500/month retainer + performance bonus tied to AI visibility milestones.
