GHL Expert for Sub Accounts

Hiring: GoHighLevel Implementation & Automation Specialist We are a growing white-label digital marketing and AI automation company looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help set up, configure, launch, and maintain GoHighLevel accounts for our clients. This is not simply a basic CRM data-entry position. We need someone who understands how to take a new client and get their GoHighLevel system fully operational from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing For each new client, you may be responsible for: - Setting up and configuring their GoHighLevel sub-account - Connecting and configuring phone numbers - Setting up inbound and outbound calling - Configuring AI voice agents / callers - Setting up inbound call handling - Setting up outbound lead follow-up - SMS setup and automations - Email automations - Lead follow-up workflows - Missed-call text-back - Appointment booking automations - Calendar setup and integrations - Pipelines and opportunity stages - Lead routing - Tags, triggers, custom fields, and workflow logic - New lead automations - Appointment confirmation and reminder sequences - No-show follow-up - Database reactivation campaigns - Review request automations - Referral automations - Connecting forms and lead sources - Facebook/Meta lead integrations - Google lead integrations - Webhooks and third-party integrations when necessary - Testing workflows before client launch - Troubleshooting automation, phone, SMS, and workflow issues - Making sure each client account is ready to go live AI & Calling Experience A major part of what we are building involves AI-powered communication. Experience with the following is highly preferred: - GoHighLevel Voice AI - AI inbound phone agents - AI outbound callers - AI SMS conversations - Automated lead qualification - Appointment-setting AI - Call forwarding and routing - Conversation AI - Twilio / LeadConnector phone systems You should understand how the different pieces connect so that a lead can come into the system and automatically be contacted, qualified, followed up with, and moved through the CRM. For example: New Lead → CRM → Immediate SMS → AI Call → Follow-Up → Appointment → Pipeline Update → Reminders White-Label Environment We sell these systems to multiple clients, so organization and repeatability are extremely important. We already have portions of the system, templates, workflows, and processes built. Your job will not always be to reinvent everything from scratch. A large part of the role will be: Clone our proven setup → customize it for the new client → connect their accounts → test everything → launch it. We want someone who can eventually make onboarding a new client fast, organized, and predictable.
