GIS Developer for WebGIS Project

We need a GIS developer or Geospatial Product Engineer to build a webGIS from scratch for renewable energy potential and environmental assessment. We are building a geospatial screening product for renewable energy development in Indonesia, a tool that combines renewable energy resource potential with environmental and social constraint analysis to identify, rank, and de-risk candidate project sites. You will Build the geospatial data pipeline: ingest, clean, reproject, and harmonise raster and vector layers (solar/wind resource, DEM/terrain, land cover, protected areas, forest estate and peatland boundaries, spatial planning layers, grid infrastructure, road access), implement multi-criteria screening and scoring logic that turns those layers into ranked, defensible site recommendations, and build the front end: an interactive map interface where a user can set criteria and weights, see results, and export them.
