We are looking for an experienced GIS specialist to support a market analysis project focused on recruiting and geographic performance. The work will include analyzing recruiting and demographic data, identifying market trends and opportunities, and creating professional GIS maps and recommendations. Scope includes: Market Share Analysis ASVAB/AFQT Analysis Missioning Analysis End Strength Analysis Retention Analysis Territory/RSID Rebalancing Storefront Analysis Unit Location Analysis SWOT-style market analysis Minimum of 4 custom GIS maps High-resolution PDF maps suitable for printing The project must be completed within 45 days after receiving the required data. Ideal candidate: Strong experience with ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar GIS software and the ability to turn geographic and demographic data into clear, actionable recommendations.
