I need a freelancer to evaluate parcel data in Florida using GIS to identify land that matches my specific criteria. The work includes reviewing parcel information, analyzing spatial data, and providing a clear list of properties that meet the requirements. Please share relevant experience with GIS-based land evaluation and similar data analysis projects. Specifically, I am focused on Polk County and looking to find agricultural parcels over 10 acres where 75% or more of the perimeter area abuts developed land.
