GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Virtual)

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging instructional, presentation, and multimedia assets that enhance learning experiences and support project objectives. This role collaborates with the instructional design and development team to produce high-quality graphics that reinforce learning, maintain brand consistency, and support instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia deliverables. Preferred Qualifications • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated graphic design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating instructional, eLearning, corporate, or marketing graphics and visual branding. Primary Responsibilities • Design instructional graphics • Develop infographics • Create storyline assets • Design presentation graphics • Develop visual assets for videos • Maintain branding consistency • Edit images • Optimize graphics for digital delivery Required Submission  Current résumé  Portfolio  At least three (3) relevant work samples (instructional, healthcare, government, corporate, or eLearning graphics), including examples of instructional graphics, Storyline assets, and infographics. For each sample, include: o Total project cost o Pricing methodology or cost structure o Number of production team members o Approximate design hours  Brief description of your role on each project (e.g., lead designer, graphic designer, visual designer, branding specialist, illustrator)  Software and technical proficiency  3 Written professional references (required)  Availability to support projects during U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT) business hours  Typical lead time to begin a new project  Typical turnaround time for project deliverables  Ability to provide editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD, SVG, or other native formats) upon project completion
