Job descriptions: Email support Phone support - Accepting orders by telephone, calling abandoned cart and failed orders, calling regarding delivery, incomplete orders, helping clients with any problem regarding their orders or delivery problems, Requirements: - Working in the morning hours - Fast computer skills - English, - Own computer, Internet - Excellent verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations - Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - High focus on client satisfaction and service orientation.
