5* Game Testing - Ireland

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY (Ireland ONLY) In case your wondering why I invited you this role, read on. I run a games development studio in Ireland and I have just hired a bunch of testers from all over the world for my first round of testing, but I am shortlisting people for the second round of testing. Now its literally just playing computer games, recording videos of the gameplay so I can figure out how long it takes to beat each map. This will help me balance the gameplay and where I need to make things easier or harder. Its not actually technical at all and I thought to myself, why not find people in Ireland who enjoy playing computer games and could do with a 5 star review on upwork simply for giving me honest feedback. I am not actually doing an hourly rate, its literally paid per map beaten so the better you are the more you earn. I figured out the hard way that hiring people by the hour ends up with people who stretch out work which messes up my estimates. Also I dont want people who will blow smoke up my ass. If you get bored playing the game and decide its no longer fun and want to stop I will still give you 5* feedback as well, because what I need is honesty.
