SKILLS REQUIRED FOR OUR WORK To work together effectively, these are the key skills and capabilities I value most. You do not need to be an expert in all of them right away—growth and willingness to learn are highly valued—but having a foundation in these areas will help us succeed together: Core Skills - Clear Communication: Ability to express ideas, ask questions, and share progress updates simply and clearly. Whether in text, descriptions, or feedback, being understood is more important than using fancy words. - Attention to Detail: Noticing small things—like matching colors, keeping proportions correct, following instructions exactly, or spotting small errors before they become bigger issues. This is especially important for photo editing, design, and creative work. - Follow Instructions Carefully: Reading through all requirements completely before starting work. If something is unclear, ask first rather than guessing—this saves time for both of us and ensures the result matches what is needed. - Creativity & Adaptability: Bringing your own ideas while still respecting the original request. Being able to adjust when something doesn’t work, try different approaches, and think of solutions creatively. - Reliability & Consistency: Delivering work when agreed, being consistent in quality from one task to the next, and letting me know early if something will be delayed or if you’re facing difficulties. - Respect for Original Content: When working with photos, designs, or ideas—preserving what matters most to the original while making only the changes requested. Not altering things that were not asked to be changed, especially things like facial expressions, identities, and important details. - Basic Organization: Keeping track of versions, naming files clearly, and presenting work in a way that is easy to review and use. This makes our workflow smooth and professional.
