Gaming Discord Partnership Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist

We are launching LobbyOutPost, a free Discord app built for gaming communities. We are looking for a freelancer with experience in lead generation, partnership outreach and online/gaming communities for an initial growth test. This is not a Discord moderation job and not a mass-DM promotion campaign. Your task Research active English-speaking gaming Discord communities Minimum 500 members per server, preferably active communities with 1,000–20,000 members Focus on gaming communities relevant to games supported by LobbyOutPost Identify the correct owner, admin, moderator or partnership contact Personally contact qualified decision-makers and briefly introduce LobbyOutPost Use targeted/personalized outreach rather than generic mass DMs Perform one follow-up where appropriate Handle initial non-technical replies Share our official install link with interested admins Keep clear documentation of all outreach and results Initial test sprint We are looking for a 7–14 day test campaign. Minimum target for the initial test: 30+ genuinely qualified English-speaking gaming communities researched 20–25+ relevant owners/admins personally contacted One follow-up where appropriate Complete reporting Stretch target: 50–60 qualified communities researched 35–40 qualified owners/admins contacted, if realistically achievable while maintaining quality Please tell us in your proposal what outreach volume you can realistically deliver for this fixed-price test while maintaining high quality. We will provide a unique campaign/install link so results can be tracked independently. Reporting should include Community/server name Main game/topic Approximate member count Contact/decision-maker Outreach method Date contacted Reply/status Follow-up status Interested / not interested Installation/result where applicable Important We do NOT want: Mass DMs to random Discord users Automated spam Fake members Fake servers Fake installations Purchased or scraped low-quality lists without proper qualification Our broader campaign goal is to work toward approximately 20 qualified LobbyOutPost installations, but we understand that conversions cannot honestly be guaranteed. For this first project, quality of research, genuine conversations and transparent reporting are more important than unrealistic promises or inflated outreach numbers.
