Summary

I own a company that makes cycling apparel. Road riding, mountain biking, gravel riding, etc... We have a fairly broad portfolio of products, but we need to iterate and enhance on some products, and develop some new products. Ideally we'd find someone with experience designing high performance apparel. They have a deep knowledge of fabric, sizing, templating, taking feedback like "too tight through the shoulders" and knowing what adjustments to make. We need to develop a couple of new product lines, including a youth line.
