Generalist Marketplace Operations & Researcher

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day online operations of my resale business. Tasks will include managing marketplace listings, responding to customer messages, sending offers, researching products and prices, maintaining spreadsheets, and supporting other routine e-commerce tasks. You should be comfortable using platforms such as eBay and similar resale marketplaces, have strong written English, and be confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve your work. This will initially be a small, flexible-hours role with a paid trial, with the potential to become an ongoing working relationship. Availability during UK daytime/evening hours will be important.
