Georgia HOA Attorney for Foreclosure Defense

Seeking a Georgia-licensed attorney with experience in HOA/condominium disputes, assessment liens, and judicial foreclosure defense. I have been served with a lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court and need help reviewing the complaint and accounting, filing a timely answer, and negotiating a prompt settlement with the association’s attorneys.
