Georgia Judgment Enforcement – Review Interrogatories/RFP & Charging Order

I am representing myself (pro se) in a post-judgment collection case in Georgia. I have already obtained a money judgment against the defendant and am now enforcing the judgment. What I need I am looking for someone experienced with Georgia judgment enforcement, post-judgment discovery, and LLC charging orders to assist me with the following: * Review my draft Post-Judgment Interrogatories * Review my draft Requests for Production (RFP) * Suggest improvements or identify any issues under Georgia law * Explain the Georgia Charging Order process * Answer procedural questions regarding post-judgment collection Case Background The judgment debtor owns multiple Georgia LLCs. According to the Georgia Secretary of State records and annual registrations, the debtor appears to be the sole member and managing member of several LLCs. My goal is to determine the most effective way to enforce my judgment, including whether and when to seek a Charging Order against the debtor’s LLC membership interests.
