German Administrative Assistant – Private & Business Support

After almost 15 years in Germany, I have decided to close down my company and move back to Denmark. Having spent many years building both my business and private life in Germany, winding everything down naturally comes with a number of administrative tasks where I could use some assistance. The tasks are generally straightforward and mainly involve answering emails and letters, gathering and providing information to business partners, authorities and other institutions, and handling the kind of everyday administrative matters that a German resident and business owner would normally encounter. As I am currently very busy, and until recently had an assistant who handled most of these matters for me, I am looking for an efficient and reliable German-speaking person who is familiar with German administrative systems and, of course, has an excellent command of the language. The working hours are flexible and can be arranged to suit both sides. While the immediate need is related to my move and the closure of my business in Germany, for the right person there may also be opportunities for ongoing, long-term tasks.
