German-Speaking Project Sourcing & Proposal Assistant

Location: Remote We are a growing digital marketing agency from Germany, specializing in Google Ads, SEO, web design, and web development. We are looking for a German-speaking assistant to identify suitable client projects and business opportunities on online project platforms and procurement portals, evaluate whether they match our services, and prepare or submit proposals on behalf of our agency. Responsibilities Research client projects and business opportunities on online project platforms and procurement portals Review project requirements and evaluate whether they are a good fit for our agency Prepare and submit proposals Track submitted proposals and deadlines Provide occasional administrative support Requirements Strong written communication skills in German Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Experience identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, or providing administrative support is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
