Gestor/a de Creadoras UGC – Colombia

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable person based in Colombia, preferably Medellín, to manage UGC creator projects from start to finish. We already have an existing portfolio of creators. We are not looking for someone to create the content themselves, but for someone who can manage the relationship with the creators and make sure each project is executed correctly, on time, and within the agreed budget. For this first project, you will be managing approximately 13 creators. Main responsibilities: Contact creators and confirm availability Negotiate rates and collaboration terms within the budgets defined by our team Confirm agreements and keep a clear record of the terms agreed with each creator Send briefs, instructions, and deadlines Answer creator questions throughout the project Coordinate the information needed for product shipments Follow up consistently on deliverables and deadlines Receive and organize submitted content Request revisions or reshoots when necessary Keep the project tracker/database updated Inform our internal team about delays, issues, or situations that require approval What we are looking for: Must currently reside in Colombia Preferably based in Medellín Previous experience managing UGC creators, influencers, or similar campaigns Strong negotiation skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong written communication skills Proactive, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups Able to manage multiple creators at the same time without constant supervision Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Drive The goal is for this person to take ownership of the operational management of the project from beginning to end and only involve our team when a decision or approval is required. Budget for this first project: US$200 fixed price This first project will serve as a trial. If the collaboration goes well, there is an opportunity to work together on a recurring basis for future projects.
