Global Disability Outreach Specialist – Singapore-Malaysia Trip

### Help Us Take Inclusive Travel Beyond Borders Imagine helping a person living with blindness or disability experience a new country, travel with confidence, make new friends and discover: **“The world is open to me too.”** We are **Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC)**, an India-based nonprofit working to empower people with visual impairment and other disabilities through inclusive travel, confidence-building experiences and community participation. After around **20 inclusive journeys and 2,100+ lives touched**, our next international journey is to **Singapore & Malaysia, beginning 26 September 2026**. Now we want to take this movement to the world. We are looking for an exceptional **Global Disability Community Outreach Specialist** who can help us connect with disability organisations, communities, advocates, influencers and potential participants internationally. ### Please Understand Our Work Before Applying Before applying, we encourage you to search online for **“Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC)”** and see our journeys, stories and impact for yourself. Please keep all pre-contract communication through Upwork. ### Your Mission Help us open doors across the world. You will: * Identify strong disability and visually impaired organisations, communities and networks globally. * Find and personally approach the right decision-makers, community leaders and programme heads. * Build genuine conversations through appropriate outreach channels. * Encourage organisations and communities to share this journey with their members. * Connect with disability advocates, influencers, creators and accessible-travel communities. * Generate genuine participant enquiries, partnerships and referrals. * Follow up consistently and maintain a transparent outreach tracker. ### Global Outreach We want to reach disability communities **across Asia-Pacific and globally**. Participants, partner organisations and community advocates may come from **any country** — including India, Southeast Asia, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Europe, North America and beyond. Our objective is not to restrict this campaign geographically. We want to identify the strongest disability communities, organisations and advocates worldwide who may be interested in participating, partnering or helping us spread this opportunity. ### What We Do NOT Want This is **not a generic social-media or database-building job**. We do not need: * Scraped lists of hundreds of organisations * Bulk automated emailing * Social-media posting alone * PowerPoint presentations without execution * Marketing strategies that never turn into real conversations **We care about genuine relationships, conversations and measurable outcomes.** ### Who We Would Love to Work With We are looking for someone with strong experience in areas such as: * International community outreach * NGO/nonprofit partnerships * Disability or inclusion sector * Community building * Business development * Partnership development * Advocacy or influencer outreach * International participant acquisition Existing connections within international disability, nonprofit, accessible-travel or advocacy communities would be a major advantage. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. ### Paid 7-Day Live Trial Shortlisted candidates will be offered a **paid 7-day real-world trial**. We do not want another presentation telling us what you *could* do. We want to see you actually: * Identify relevant organisations and communities * Find the right people within them * Begin genuine outreach * Generate responses * Follow up * Start meaningful conversations Strong performers can continue with us for the complete Singapore-Malaysia campaign and may also have an opportunity to work on future international RSKC initiatives. **We are not simply looking for a freelancer.
