The Global Legal Residency follows a structured compensation progression designed to reward demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility. Initial Residency Starting Compensation: $600 per month Residents begin by learning the firm's systems, workflows, drafting standards, AI tools, and expectations while contributing meaningful legal work under attorney supervision. Progressive Career Development As Residents successfully complete defined milestones and demonstrate increasing competence, compensation is expected to increase by approximately $200 per month at each stage of progression. Illustrative progression: • Global Legal Resident I — $700/month • Global Legal Resident II — $800/month • Global Legal Resident III — $1,000/month • Global Legal Associate — $1,200/month • Senior Global Legal Associate — $1,400/month • Additional advancement opportunities based on performance, responsibility, and business needs. Progression is performance-based, not automatic. Advancement depends upon demonstrated competence, ownership, reliability, work quality, communication, and alignment with firm values.
