Gmail Workflow Automation with Google Apps Script and AI

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a simple AI-powered Gmail automation for our company. Most of our communication with customers happens through Gmail. Customers send questions, requests, documents and other information by email. The main problem is that an important email can be read when we are busy but cannot respond immediately. Once the email is marked as read, it can later be forgotten. We want the system to automatically analyse email conversations, apply the correct Gmail label and keep unfinished matters visible. The system should work inside Gmail. We do not want a CRM, separate dashboard or task management application. The user should continue working normally in Gmail on desktop and Android.
