GoHighLevel CRM Automation Specialist | Workflows, Funnels & Lead Management

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to clean up and optimize our CRM and build a more reliable lead management and automation system. We currently have GHL set up, but our workflows, pipelines, follow-up sequences, and appointment automation need to be reviewed and improved. You’ll help with: GoHighLevel CRM setup and optimization Building and troubleshooting workflow automation Creating and optimizing pipelines Lead management and lead nurturing Automated email & SMS follow-up Lead reactivation campaigns Appointment booking, reminders, and no-show automation Funnel and landing page setup/optimization Forms, calendars, tags, triggers, and custom fields API integrations and webhooks Connecting tools through Zapier/Make Exploring AI Agent / Conversation AI for lead qualification and appointment booking We’re not looking for someone who simply builds workflows from instructions. We need someone who can look at the current CRM, identify gaps, troubleshoot what isn't working, and recommend a better automation structure.
