Experience: Intermediate/Expert About the Project Established healthcare training company seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build a simple, reliable CRM and automation system. We have already mapped the system and will provide a detailed implementation plan. We need someone who can build it cleanly, test it thoroughly, and document it so our team can manage it independently. This is not a website redesign or marketing strategy project. Scope Phase 1 includes: * Configure our GoHighLevel account * Build 2 sales pipelines * Set up tags, custom fields, and lead-source tracking * Import and organize contacts * Connect lead capture/forms and email/SMS * Build approximately 6 core workflows * Set up B2B opportunity and certification-renewal tracking * Create basic reporting/dashboard visibility * Test triggers, stop conditions, duplicates, and workflow logic * Provide Loom walkthroughs and post-launch bug fixes Workflows will include inbound leads, B2B sales/quotes, customer follow-up, certification renewals, cold B2B outreach, and existing-client relationship management. What We're Looking For * Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience * Proven experience building pipelines and workflows from scratch * Strong understanding of triggers, stop conditions, email/SMS, and CRM organization * Careful testing and attention to detail * Clear communication and documentation * Ability to work from a defined implementation specification Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
