GoHighLevel Developer - Funnels, Automation & Tracking (High-Ticket Coaching) We run paid ad funnels for high-ticket coaching and done-with-you clients. Most of our traffic comes from Meta and runs into live webinars and VSL funnels. We get paid on results, so the build has to be clean, fast, and tracked correctly every single time. We are looking for a GoHighLevel developer who can own the technical side of these funnels. You will build the pages, wire up the automations, set up the tracking, and keep multiple client accounts running smoothly. If you live inside GHL and love getting the details right, this is for you. This is not a beginner role. You should already know GHL deeply and be able to work from a brief or an SOP without a lot of hand holding. --- WHAT YOU WILL BUILD Funnels and Pages • Build registration pages, thank-you pages, replay pages, and VSL pages in the GHL funnel builder • Embed calendars, forms, videos, and custom code blocks • Add countdown timers and dynamic webinar dates that update each week • Build clean, mobile-friendly layouts that match the copy and design we hand you Automations and Workflows • Build email and SMS sequences: registration confirmation, reminders, no-show follow-up, replay, and long-term nurture • Set up tag-based segmentation: registered, attended, no-show, booked call, buyer, and closed • Build conditional email and SMS that change based on a contact objection tag using custom fields and shortcodes • Build setter follow-up cadences and dual-CTA confirmation flows (confirm attendance or book a call) • Build 48 to 72 hour replay windows with timed email and SMS that shut off when the window closes Tracking and Instrumentation • Set up custom events like CalendarReveal on button click and ScheduleConfirm on confirmation page load • Install and QA Meta Pixel events (Lead, Schedule) plus the Conversions API, including the event source URL fix • Route events through GTM and GA4 when GHL native tracking is not enough • Make sure every key step in the funnel reports a clean number, because our pay depends on accurate data Calendars, Pipelines, and SMS • Set up native GHL calendars with booking confirmations and reminders by email and SMS • Connect and configure Twilio for SMS sending • Build pipelines and stages, smart lists, and micro-surveys that feed contact tags and setter call data Integrations • Connect Typeform application gates, webhooks, and Zapier where needed • Connect webinar platforms like Zoom or StreamYard to GHL • Help with platform moves and list work when they come up Account Architecture and Reporting • Manage multiple client sub-accounts and keep each one isolated and organized • Set up partner access so the right people have the right access • Build weekly scoreboards and drop-off tracking so we can see the worst link in each funnel and fix it --- WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Deep GoHighLevel experience: funnels, workflows, automations, calendars, pipelines, smart lists, custom fields, custom values, and custom events. You should know the platform cold. • Webinar funnel experience. You have built or run live and evergreen webinar funnels before, end to end. • Tracking and pixels. Hands-on with Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, plus GTM and GA4. You can debug why an event is not firing. • Code for custom blocks. Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom code elements and tracking snippets. • Twilio and SMS setup. You can connect Twilio and get SMS sending compliant. • Integrations. Zapier, webhooks, and basic API work to connect tools that do not talk to each other natively. • Attention to detail. You test your own builds. You book the test call, you check the analytics, you confirm the event fired before you call it done. • Clear communication. You give status updates, flag problems early, and can work from a written brief or SOP. Nice to Have • Direct response or high-ticket coaching funnel experience • Email deliverability knowledge and warm-up experience for new sending domains • Experience migrating contacts and automations between platforms • Experience with outbound dialing tools like Close.io --- WHO WE HIRE We only consider applicants with a 100% Job Success Score on Upwork.
