GoHighLevel Expert Needed - Build Automated Student Enrollment, Contracts & Workflow

We are a licensed beauty education program using GoHighLevel for student admissions, CRM, documents/contracts, workflows, and the student portal. We need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build and test a one-time automated enrollment system. The goal is to remove manual contract cloning and manual sending. We want one reusable master enrollment setup that automatically creates the correct student-specific agreements, sends them at the correct point in the admissions process, tracks completion, updates the CRM/pipeline, and moves the student into onboarding when all enrollment requirements are satisfied. Scope includes: auditing our current setup; building/repairing the enrollment workflow and triggers; configuring Documents & Contracts templates; student-specific merge fields; payment-based branching; document-completion triggers; portal visibility; pipeline/tag/custom-field updates; reminders for incomplete enrollment; and end-to-end testing with at least two test contacts. The finished system must NOT require us to manually clone, edit, prepare, or send a new contract for each student. In your proposal, briefly explain a similar automation you have built and how you would test for cross-contact data errors. After hire, we will provide a detailed private build packet, current agreement content, enrollment rules, payment links, and email copy. A short Loom walkthrough of the final setup is required before project completion.
