GoHighLevel Expert Needed – Final QA, Workflow Testing & Funnel Fixes

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION. We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) developer to take over an existing funnel that is approximately 90–95% complete. This is NOT a new build and NOT a redesign project. The funnel, forms, pricing, workflows, Stripe integration, calendar, email/SMS automations and most of the design are already built. We need someone experienced with the technical side of GHL to perform a complete end-to-end audit, fix anything that is not working correctly, and get the system fully ready for live customers. Main Responsibilities Test the complete customer journey from website → service selection → booking → payment → scheduling → notifications. Audit and test all GHL workflows and conditional logic. Test Stripe/payment integration. Test calendars and appointment availability. Test customer and admin email/SMS notifications. Test forms, redirects, pipelines and automations. Fully test a separate custom-quote workflow involving photo uploads, admin review, invoice/payment and scheduling. Verify desktop and mobile functionality. Fix any technical issues discovered during testing. Remaining Front-End Work The design is essentially finished. Only a few items remain: Replace the current testimonials with the correct testimonials we provide. Correct the font in the Hero section. Add a CTA pop-up. Add the Spanish version/translation of the funnel. Correct any minor responsiveness/alignment issues discovered during final QA. Important We are specifically looking for someone who understands GHL workflows, conditional logic, calendars, Stripe/payments, forms, CRM/pipelines, email/SMS automation and troubleshooting. We are not looking for someone whose primary experience is only page/funnel design. The developer must personally test the complete system before telling us the project is finished.
