GoHighLevel Expert Needed for Plumbing Business AI, Automation & CRM Implementation

We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist with proven experience working specifically with plumbing businesses. This is not a general GHL setup project. We already have a comprehensive plumbing-focused system, including AI, workflows, automations, pipelines, and a detailed knowledge base. We need an expert who understands both GoHighLevel and real-world plumbing business operations to configure, customise, test, optimise, and launch the system for our company. Please do not apply if you have never implemented GoHighLevel for a plumbing or similar home-service business. General GHL experience alone is not sufficient for this role. What We Already Have Our existing plumbing-focused GHL system includes: AI Voice Employee trained to handle incoming plumbing calls AI Website Chatbot with plumbing-specific knowledge Detailed plumbing knowledge base covering services, FAQs, objections, emergencies, pricing discussions, booking situations, and common customer scenarios Automated lead and opportunity pipeline management Plumbing-specific database reactivation system with 100+ automation actions Automated Google review generation Automated customer referral campaigns Customer retention and repeat-business nurturing Lead follow-up and communication workflows The foundation is already built. Your role will be to configure, customise, improve, test, and deploy this system correctly for our plumbing company. Key Responsibilities You will help us: Configure and optimise the GHL account Customise the existing plumbing snapshot to match our business Configure pipelines, stages, tags, triggers, workflows, and automation logic Set up and optimise AI Voice for incoming plumbing calls Configure Conversation AI and website chatbot behaviour Test AI responses against realistic plumbing customer scenarios Improve call handling, qualification, and booking logic Configure missed-call text-back and follow-up systems Set up SMS and email communication sequences Configure database reactivation campaigns Implement automated review request workflows Configure referral and repeat-customer campaigns Ensure leads are correctly moved through the pipeline based on customer interactions Connect calendars and booking systems Configure phone numbers, call routing, and tracking Set up forms and website integrations Configure reporting and lead attribution where possible Troubleshoot existing workflows and identify automation gaps Test all critical workflows before launch Recommend additional automations that could improve lead conversion, bookings, retention, and revenue Plumbing Industry Experience Is Required You must have hands-on GoHighLevel experience with plumbing or closely related home-service businesses.
