# GoHighLevel Expert – Remote | Philippines **Position:** GoHighLevel Expert / Digital Systems Specialist **Location:** Remote – Philippines **Starting Rate:** $9.00 USD per hour **Schedule:** Part-Time / As Needed **Employment Type:** Freelance / Independent Contractor **Opportunity:** Ongoing, Long-Term ## About the Position We are seeking a highly capable **GoHighLevel Expert** to become our primary person responsible for building, managing, and maintaining our digital systems inside GoHighLevel. This is not a general Virtual Assistant position. We are specifically looking for someone who **knows GoHighLevel extremely well and enjoys building systems.** Our founder will provide the vision, content, offers, and overall direction. **You will be responsible for turning those ideas into functional systems inside GoHighLevel.** The goal is simple: **You become our GoHighLevel person.** As our businesses grow, you will take ownership of the technical implementation of our funnels, websites, webinars, automations, email campaigns, courses, memberships, and related GoHighLevel systems. ## Your Responsibilities ### Funnels, Websites & Landing Pages You will build and maintain: * Sales funnels * Landing pages * Webinar registration pages * Masterclass registration pages * Lead capture pages * Sales pages * Checkout pages * Thank-you pages * Basic websites and website pages * Forms and surveys * Calendars and booking pages * Mobile-responsive pages You should be comfortable receiving the copy, branding, images, and overall direction and independently building a polished, functional page. ### Workflows & Automations You will build and manage automations including: * Lead nurture workflows * Customer onboarding workflows * Purchase automations * Registration automations * Appointment automations * Webinar and event automations * Email follow-up sequences * Reminder sequences * Internal notifications * Tagging and segmentation * Pipeline automations * Membership/course access workflows * Contract and agreement workflows * Abandoned registration or checkout follow-up * Re-engagement campaigns You should understand how **triggers, conditions, tags, custom fields, actions, opportunities, pipelines, and workflow logic** work together. ### Webinars, Masterclasses & Events You will handle the technical setup for virtual events from beginning to end. This may include: **Registration Page → Registration Form → Contact Tagging → Confirmation → Reminder Sequence → Event → Replay → Follow-Up Campaign → Sales Sequence** You will be responsible for making sure the entire customer journey works correctly. ### Email Campaigns You will build and schedule: * Email sequences * Broadcast emails * Nurture campaigns * Launch campaigns * Webinar reminder emails * Replay campaigns * Sales follow-up sequences * Customer onboarding emails * Re-engagement campaigns The content/copy may be provided to you. Your responsibility will be to properly format, schedule, automate, test, and deploy it. ### Courses, Memberships & Communities You may also assist with: * Course setup * Product and offer setup * Membership access * Community access * Customer onboarding * Course automations * Post-purchase workflows * Access permissions * Drip content * Troubleshooting customer access ### Testing & Quality Control **Nothing should go live without being tested.** You will be expected to: * Test forms * Test links and buttons * Test checkout processes * Test automations * Test emails * Test triggers * Test course access * Check mobile responsiveness * Confirm that contacts move through workflows correctly * Identify and correct errors before launch ## What We Are Looking For The right person is: * Highly experienced with GoHighLevel * Technically strong * Organized * Detail-oriented * Reliable * Resourceful * Able to troubleshoot independently * Able to follow instructions * Comfortable taking ownership of projects * Able to communicate clearly * Able to meet deadlines * Comfortable working with multiple brands and offers Most importantly, **you should not require step-by-step instructions for how to use GoHighLevel.** We will tell you **what we need the system to accomplish.** We expect you to know **how to build it.** ## Required GoHighLevel Skills You should already be comfortable working with: * Websites * Funnels * Workflows * Automations * Triggers * Email campaigns * Forms * Surveys * Calendars * Pipelines * Opportunities * Tags * Custom fields * Products * Offers * Courses * Memberships * Communities * Payment workflows * Contact segmentation * Domains * Basic integrations * Testing and troubleshooting Experience with **Stripe, Zoom, Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, AI integrations, and other third-party integrations** is a plus. ## This Is NOT the Right Position If... Please do not apply if: * You are currently learning GoHighLevel. * You need tutorials to complete basic GHL tasks. * Your experience is primarily data entry. * You only know how to edit existing templates. * You require detailed instructions for every step. * You have never independently built workflows or funnels. * You cannot troubleshoot when something does not work. We need someone who can **build, think, troubleshoot, and execute.** ## Compensation & Schedule **Starting Rate: $6.50 USD per hour** This is initially a **part-time, as-needed position**. Work volume may vary. Some weeks may include several projects, while other weeks may require fewer hours. As our companies continue to grow, there is an opportunity for the position, hours, responsibilities, and compensation to grow with us. We are specifically interested in finding someone who wants to develop a **long-term working relationship**, rather than simply completing one project. ## Paid Trial Final candidates may be asked to complete a **paid GoHighLevel trial project** before being selected for ongoing work. The trial will involve building an actual GoHighLevel system so we can evaluate: * Technical ability * Speed * Attention to detail * Communication * Problem-solving * Organization * Ability to follow the project objective * Quality of testing ## How to Apply Please provide: 1.
